Support

Email us at support@oskot.app and a person will answer, usually within one business day. Tell us the phone number on the account and, if it's about one call, roughly when it came in.

Setting up

My line isn't ready yet

After you subscribe we reserve a number for you with your carrier. That usually takes about three days and can take up to seven. The app shows where you are in that process, and we notify you the moment it's live — you don't need to keep the app open.

The activation code didn't work

Dial the code exactly as the app shows it, from your phone's dialler, on the SIM you signed up with. Your carrier answers with a confirmation message. If it fails, check you're dialling from the right SIM in a dual-SIM phone, then email us and we'll check the line from our side.

My phone still rings for calls Oskot handled

Turn on your phone's equivalent of Silence Unknown Callers in the Phone app settings. On iPhone, it is under Apps → Phone; on Android, the exact label and location vary by phone app. The app walks you through it on the activation screen.

I didn't get the verification code

Codes arrive by SMS, and we can also send them on WhatsApp or Telegram to the same number. Wait for the resend timer, then try again. If nothing arrives, email us the number you're trying to verify.

Screening

The agent handled a call badly

Open the call and tap Feedback. Tell us what should have happened — we read every one, and it's the fastest way to change how your calls are handled.

Something important got screened

Change what gets screened in Settings → Blocked Categories at any time, and unblock a number in Settings → Blocked Numbers. Screening only applies to the categories you chose.

I want to stop screening for a while

Settings → Disconnect my number gives you the code that switches forwarding off at your carrier. Your subscription keeps running until you cancel it with Apple or Google Play; dial the activation code again whenever you want screening back.

Billing

Managing or cancelling your subscription

Oskot subscriptions are sold through Apple or Google Play. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the period ends stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period you already paid for runs out.

Refunds

Apple or Google handles refunds through the applicable store's purchase support flow. If something on our side went wrong, email us and we'll support your request.

Restoring a purchase on a new phone

Sign in with the same phone number and tap Settings → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account or Google Play account that bought the subscription.

Your data

Deleting your account

Settings → Delete account removes your calls, recordings, and transcripts permanently. If you can't reach the app, email us from — or naming — the number on the account and we'll do it for you.

Getting a copy of your data, or any other privacy request
